Seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic personality to become our Director of Marketing. Main responsibilities will be to direct and oversee Our House Senior Living marketing policies, objectives, and initiatives to ensure community census targets are achieved. We have been a primary senior living resource for over 15 years, and proud to be a part of the Keystone Senior Management Services family. We have 28 locations throughout Wisconsin that comprises of Assisted Care, Memory Care and Senior Apartments. We are proud to deliver high quality care, while also promoting social interaction of seniors in a nurturing family-like environment.

Ideal candidates will have marketing or sales business development experience in long term care OR a service-related, customer-focused industry, along with can-do ‘attitude’. Traveling up to 50% throughout Wisconsin to train, energize and assist the team in any way possible is required.

This exempt positon will join our management team, and report directly to the Division President. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and work with the team to achieve census targets in assigned regions/communities
  • Create marketing curriculum and provide training for key colleagues on appropriate marketing strategies for community growth
  • Oversee and conduct market assessments to identify market needs and determine the scope of the market opportunity
  • Oversee and present marketing training for all new hire orientations
  • Develop, implement, and/or coordinate advertising, event support, and community outreach
  • Plan, oversee, and support all teams in delivering presentations and special events to community referral sources such as: Lunch and Learns, dinners, CEU credit events, open houses, 30-Day Blitzes etc.
  • Manage and develop content for website, marketing programs, and materials
  • Oversee Mystery Shopping program
  • Follow up with teams to ensure all marketing has been carried out, and adhered to
  • Assists with projects as assigned, and perform other related duties

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university required; and/or 5 years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is ideal
  • Proven sales and marketing or driving occupancy experience in a health care or service-related, customer-focused industry in a multi-site organization is preferred
  • Ability to adjust sales and marketing strategies to meet changing market and competitive conditions
  • Experience developing and maintaining a company website is helpful
  • Dynamic, energetic personality with the ability to motivate others
  • High level of interpersonal, written, and verbal skills along with strong planning and organizational abilities
  • Personal computer skills is essential, marketing software preferred
  • Travel within Wisconsin 50% of the time, and hold a valid WI driver’s license
  • Occasionally lift, push or carry up to 50 pounds
