We are seeking a highly motivated detailed individual to assist our Director at our community located in Medford, WI. This is a full-time position where you will be assisting the Residence Director with the day to day operations. The Home Manager manages office procedures relating to the operations and is responsible for recruiting efforts, staff supervision, scheduling and coordinating contracted services relating to Resident Care Specialists.
The right person for this position should have experience in senior living operations with knowledge about state DHS 83 regulations. Associates degree higher in a health care related field; or Bachelors degree preferred in a field other than health care or one year of experience with older adults; or holds a valid nursing home administrator’s license. Experience with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks is beneficial.
